Confirm if the machine is showing a red light on the battery gauge but the charger status light goes straight to green when plugged into the wall. - Remove one battery and locate the lead that goes to the charger. - Unbolt the battery charger lead from the battery terminal of one battery. - Leave the lead disconnected for 30 seconds then reconnect it to battery pack. - Replace battery and check if charger kicks on.
